# CareerSide > CareerSide runs a sustained job search: recurring searches against real job boards, every vacancy scored against the user's own CV with written reasoning, tailored CVs and cover letters per vacancy, and application tracking through to an outcome. An AI assistant can operate a user's CareerSide account on their behalf through delegated, scoped OAuth authorization. The user connects it once; the assistant never sees their password. ## For assistants - [Agent skill document](https://cside.work/SKILL.md): how to connect an account and operate it, including the credit rules.
