How we hire

Four steps, no surprises

We keep the process short and tell you where you stand after every step.

  1. Apply

    Send your CV and answer a few short questions. A person on the team reads every application.

  2. Intro call

    Around 30 minutes to get to know each other, talk about the role and answer your questions.

  3. Skills conversation

    A practical conversation about real problems from your field. No brain teasers.

  4. Offer

    If it is a match on both sides, you get a written offer with everything spelled out.
