CareerSide is an AI-powered job search platform that:

• Aggregates job listings from multiple public sources
• Analyzes your CV/resume to find matching opportunities
• Provides job recommendations and application tracking
• Offers CV optimization and interview preparation assistance

Beta Status: CareerSide is currently in beta. Features may change and the service may experience interruptions.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May:

• Use the Service for personal job searching
• Upload your own CV/resume
• Save and track job applications

4.2 You May NOT:

• Scrape or use automated tools to access our Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile our software
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Credits and Payment

• CareerSide uses a pay-as-you-go credit system
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• No recurring subscriptions — purchase credits when you need them
• Credits do not expire

Refund Policy

• Full refund: If no credits have been used, request within 30 days of purchase
• Partial refund: Prorated refund for unused credits within 30 days
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. We comply with GDPR and EU privacy laws.

7. Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee job placements or interview invitations
• AI analysis and recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees
• The Service may contain bugs or errors (beta status)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mainz, Germany.
